Hi there, Kathi!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! How excited are you that your Disney Cruise Line vacation is SO SOON?!?! Whether or not you’ve had this voyage booked for a year or just recently booked it, the final countdown is here and that is SO exciting!
One unique thing about Disney Cruise Line is that they do, in fact, allow Guests to bring onboard beer or wine with them in their carry-on luggage! Being able to bring onboard your favorite wine is a nice amenity for Guests who may want to enjoy some wine in their stateroom during their voyage (don’t forget a corkscrew). And, if you would like to enjoy it during dinner you can always take it to the
main dining room and your server will open it and serve it to you (corking fee applies to wine bottles enjoyed in the dining rooms). Or, there are excellent options available by the glass that you can purchase to enjoy during your meal. To answer your question about “restocking your bar” when you get off the ship, yes, you can purchase additional bottles of wine or beer and bring them onboard when you return to the ship. The same
rules apply and each Guest 21 years and older may bring up to two bottles of wine (750ml max each) or 6 bottles of beer (12ml max each) upon embarkation and at each port of call.
Have you heard about the onboard wine tastings? These tastings are led by an incredible sommelier onboard your Disney Cruise Line ship and are so informative and lots of fun! We have often found new wines during these tastings that have become some of our favorites to enjoy back at home! Wine tastings and other unique
beverage tastings are available under “Onboard Fun” or you can check availability once onboard at Guest Services!
Wishing you the most FANTAStic adventure at sea with many memories made!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
