Me, Hubby and older kids wanted to ride Everest. So we were going to get fast pass+. My 4 yr old isn’t tall enough But is tall enough for dinosaur. But I can’t send my 4yr old alone in fast pass lane.I shouldn’t need fp for Everest w/ rider switch right?

    Hey, Kate!

You are SO ahead of the game! Way to be on top of your FastPass+ plans and reservations! Your foresight is going to make all the difference for your upcoming expeditions!

Disney’s Rider Switch Service at Walt Disney World is so handy! My advice would be to have your husband and older children get FastPass+ reservations for Expedition Everest. Before they join the FastPass+ line, approach the greeting Cast Member and let them know that you would like to use Disney’s Rider Switch Service! They will scan your MagicBand or Admission Card to load the Rider Switch Entitlement to your account!

After you’ve waited with your little one and your party has returned from their journey to Everest, the “Switch” will begin! You may scan your MagicBand or Admission Card to join the FastPass+ line with up to 2 Guests!

You definitely don’t want to send your little adventurer back in time with the dinosaurs alone! Be sure to grab a FastPass+ reservation for you and your little one for DINOSAUR as you will not need a FastPass+ selection for Expedition Everest.

Adventure is out there, Kate! We’d love to hear from you again!
