Welcome, Vicky!
We're so happy you found your way to planDisney. It sounds like you are planning a very thoughtful visit with your husband and making sure your logistics are all in place ahead of your arrival. You are going to love being in the parks during the holidays. With seasonal decor, sweet treats, and characters in their holiday best, that holly jolly spirit will have you humming holiday songs and skipping down Main Street in no time!
Everyone deserves a little (or a lot!) of magic, and the Disneyland Resort strives to make that pixie dust as accessible as possible for all Guests. I double checked the
park rules and list of prohibited items, and I'm happy to report that oxygen tanks are allowed inside the parks. I would make a note to alert the Cast Members at the security checkpoint to help with a smooth entry. You can even store spare tanks at any of the First Aid locations, if that's helpful for you. Additionally, Cast Members can store medical equipment during most attraction experiences if it does not fit inside the ride vehicle itself. If you have any questions ahead of boarding an attraction, just ask the Cast Member! Additionally, the website's
Guest with Disabilities is a fantastic resource for services that are available to make the magic comfortable and includes a handy
Accessibility Planning Guide with lots of useful information.
If anything comes up during your visit, the
Accessibility Services Kiosk is also a great resource. Located in the Main Entrance Esplanade, it's easy to get to, no matter which park you are visiting. Additionally, if you are looking for the
First Aid locations, the quickest way to find them is to pull up your Disneyland App and tap the search icon, entering "First Aid". You'll see an option to view the results on the map, where you can easily spot the two locations, one in each park. It may be a good idea to do this as part of your planning. Both are located towards the Main Entrance Gate, so it may make sense to stop in with your extra oxygen tanks right after you scan into the parks for the day.
Vicky, I sure hope this has been helpful, and you are set up for a magical visit! If you have any more questions, we love chatting about all things Disneyland over here at

Happy holidays!
