Hubby and I want to take our kids to a character dining they can all enjoy. They are sons, ages 14 and 10, and a 16 month daughter. Is there a dining with ToyStory characters, and how far in advance should we make reservations? Are reservations required?

    Hi Wendy,

I am huge kid at heart & love character dining even when I'm not traveling with my little guys.

Unfortunately, none of the current character dining locations feature meals with any of the Toy Story Characters. I think it would be a super popular one if Disney ever decided to add one.

One of my favorite character dining locations is Chef Mickey's because you get to meet Mickey and who doesn't love him? Its also a buffet with super yummy food and desserts. If your DSs are anything like most 14 & 10 year olds, they'll love it.

Now, are reservations required - not at all locations. However, table service locations tend to book up quickly, especially during peak seasons.  I strongly recommend making reservations for any particular locations your heart is set on especially when traveling with children who may be really disappointed if you arrive without a reservation and aren't able to get in.

Reservations are accepted beginning 180 days prior to your dates of travel.  ADRs for character dining can be make online (click here) or by calling 407-WDW-DINE.

Wishing you many magical memories :-) Allison
