    First, I must thank you and your husband for your service to our country. And next, I couldn't agree more -- I think you both wholeheartedly deserve a Disney getaway!

    As for romantic accommodations, I have two favorites. The first is the Port Orleans French Quarter Resort. Inspired by New Orleans, the hotel has quaint walkways and fountains lit by gas lamp posts all along the Sassagoula River. Charming! The second is the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. You walk into the hotel and can't help but gasp at its Victorian magnificence. Think lush chandeliers and and monumental staircases. Lovely!

    While at Disney, my husband and I love our quiet meals together. Here are a few of our absolute go-to's:
    Here's a tip: when you book your vacation, remember to all make your Advance Dining Reservations (ADR). You can make ADR's as early as 180 days in advance.
