Hi, Patti!
I’m glad to hear you’re considering a visit to the Disneyland Resort! There’s so much magic to discover, from the lively Downtown Disney District to both of the theme parks, including the Cars Land expansion and Buena Vista Street at Disney California Adventure Park.
Each of the three Disneyland Resort Hotels has its own unique benefits. Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel is typically the least expensive and the rooms have a bright, beach-inspired décor. Rooms at the Disneyland Hotel are large and include chic, modern furnishings with a touch of Disney magic, including carved wooden headboards featuring fiber-optic fireworks that create an in-room light and music show with the flip of a switch!
My personal favorite is Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa because it’s the closest to the parks and features a private entrance into Disney California Adventure Park. It’s also the only Disney Vacation Club property at the Disneyland Resort, and the Villas there are my family’s home away from home! This resort exemplifies the Craftsman-style era with its grand architecture and décor.
As a Guest of the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort, you’ll never have to leave the magic during your stay and be you’ll be entitled to Extra Magic Hours so you can make the most of your time in the parks. You can also participate in a variety of special experiences, such as seasonal outdoor pilates classes or even an early-morning power walk through Disney California Adventure Park!
I hope this helps, Patti, and that you have a perfectly pixie-dusted vacation to The Happiest Place on Earth! Please write back with more questions as you continue to plan.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
