Welcome to planDisney Angela!
I am so happy to hear you are planning your first Disney Cruise! Captains Mickey and Minnie cannot wait to have you onboard.
You and your husband are more than welcome to partake in all the
onboard activities. My "mom" friends and I take an annual girls cruise each year and we love participating in all the fun. The only restrictions you will have would be those activities specifically planned for those under the age of 18, for example the Youth Clubs. Besides that, have a blast!
While onboard, check out some of the "adult only" fun such as the
Senses Spa,
beverage tastings,
Palo (dinner or brunch), and so much more. Your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app will keep you up to speed with all that is happening on the ship.
During your cruise, keep an eye out for those pirates! Your Pirate Night will include a fun deck party and even fireworks. Bring along that Pirate outfit and join in the fun.
You will have so much to choose from, you certainly will not get to do it all during your sailing. If you plan to sail again for even more cruise fun,
book a placeholder reservation. With this, you put down a $250 deposit on a future cruise (price subject to change), and you have 24 months to book it. When you book, you will get 10% of the cruise fare which is a great savings. If you end up not using your placeholder, your deposit will be returned to you.
I hope you have a wonderful experience with all the activities available during your cruise. Welcome to the Disney Cruise Line Family and welcome aboard!
