We will be at HS in Dec and have a 7:00 ADR at Trails End. Staying at the Poly. What is the fastest/ easiest way to get to dinner? Thought about bus back to Poly then boat to Ft. Wilderness? LOVE the panel:)

    Hello Mylinda!

Thanks for visiting us at the DIsney Parks Moms Panel with your question about transportation.  I am happy to help!

In order to get to your dinner buffet at Trail's End Restaurant from Disney's Hollywood Studios, take a Disney Bus headed for Disney's Wilderness Lodge.  From there, you will transfer to another bus headed for The Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.   The entire trip should take around 35 minutes, provided that you catch your buses in a timely fashion.  In case you don't,  be sure to leave plenty of time (at least an hour or more) to get to your destination.  So that you are aware, there is no direct boat from Disney's Polynesian Resort to Fort WIlderness.   There is boat transportation between Fort Wilderness and The Polynesian.  Perhaps on the way back, you'd like to take a boat from Fort Wilderness to Magic Kingdom Park.  From there, you can transfer boats and head back to the Polynesian.

    Have so much fun!

I wish you a truly magical vacation
