At HS, if I book 1 Tier 1 fastpass and no other FPs, once I use that can I book another tier 1, or do I have to have booked 2 other Fps and used them before I can book another tier 1?

Thanks for bringing another question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Marnie!

In theory, yes, you can book a second “Tier One” FastPass+ reservation after you’ve redeemed your first one, but you would not be able to do that until after you’ve enjoyed that first Tier One attraction. In my experience, those attractions’ FastPass+ options become unavailable or extremely limited for day-of reservations. If one were available, though, you would need to have no other FastPass+ reservations in your My Disney Experience account to book it. This would either be because you’d used your other “Tier Two” FastPasses (or they had expired) or because you had only booked one FastPass+ experience for the day.

Since you’re specifically referencing the attractions at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, I would recommend going ahead and booking three FastPass+ experiences for your day at the Theme Park. Of the “Tier Two” attractions, my favorites are For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration, Beauty and the Beast - Live on Stage and Star Tours - The Adventures Continue. I’m not sure of your Walt Disney World Resort arrival date, but there is currently one attraction in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge (Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, but it does not use the FastPass+ system. My understanding is that once Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance opens on Dec. 5, 2019, it will not use the FastPass+ system either. Having FastPasses for attractions in other areas of the Theme Park will help ensure your wait time is kept to a minimum for those attractions, though.

I hope you have a Magical day at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Marnie! Please let us know if there are any additional questions we can answer for you.
