Hello, Corey, and welcome back to planDisney!
I’m so thrilled to hear that you’re in the planning stages for your first Disney Cruise Live adventure! One of the things I love best about a Disney Cruise is all that is
included in the price – it’s practically all-inclusive. You’re not just reserving a stateroom; you’re getting delicious dining experiences, Broadway-quality shows, outstanding entertainment, and personalized Disney service.
To ensure your niece has a magical and accessible voyage, I recommend downloading the
Information for Guests with Disabilities or Medical Conditions guidebook to get an overview of the services offered. On page 20, there is a list of rental companies that deliver medical supplies to the ships. I noticed that a couple of the companies listed do offer a Hoyer Lift. I hope they can provide the lift you seek. I also suggest calling
Disney Cruise Line Special Services to discuss your onboard needs.
Corey, I just disembarked from the
Disney Wish this morning with my niece. There’s nothing more magical than sharing a vacation with family. We especially enjoyed the nighttime shows in the Walt Disney Theatre. My personal favorite is
“Disney Seas the Adventure,” a Disney Wish exclusive performance! Wheelchair seating is available in various areas of the main seating and balcony sections. Crew Members are available 30 minutes prior to the show to assist Guests with seating. I recommend sitting towards the front for the best view of Captain Minnie.
I hope this answers your question, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation.
SEAS the adventure!
