Hello, Gustavo,
Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for the opportunity to help you plan for a magical time at the Disneyland Resort.
Most experiences and attractions at the Disneyland Resort can accommodate Guests with common disabilities without the need for registration. For example, Guests who require the use of a wheelchair or Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV) may use the standard queues of most attractions. A few attractions have narrow walkways and/or stairs in their queues. Guests in wheelchairs or ECVs who wish to experience one of those attractions may speak with a Cast Member at the attraction to request a return time using an alternate entrance or method. Guests with mobility disabilities may review this list of
accommodations at each attraction. Guests who wish to rent a wheelchair or ECV may do so at the
rental facility located immediately outside the main entrance of Disneyland Park.
If necessary, you may visit with a Cast Member at any of the several
Guest Relations locations throughout the Disneyland Resort to discuss
accommodations for Guests with disabilities. Guests with a disability that makes it difficult to tolerate long waits in a standard queue may ask about registering for
Disability Access Service (DAS). The Guest who needs the service must be present for a brief interview and will have their photograph taken.
If you have any more questions, we are happy to help here at planDisney. If you prefer, we can even answer questions
en español.
Have a magical time!
