How do I do early on-line check-in for more than 1 room (we have 4 rooms in our party, all linked to my credit card)?

Hi Jerald, and welcome to planDisney!

The more guests you have to join you on your Walt Disney World Resort adventure, the better! I can only imagine all of the fun you and the rest of your party will have; congrats!

If all four rooms are already linked to your My Disney Experience account, you can proceed with the Online Check-in service. I use it every visit because it is convenient to go straight to your room and bypass the front desk once your room is ready. On the day of your arrival, you will receive a text letting you know that your room is ready, and it will provide the room number and a map so that you can find your way. To unlock the door, just the “unlock door” feature on the app, or use your MagicBand

To complete the online check-in using the app, select “Future Plans,” and you will find all of your reservations there. You will see a blue box that allows you to complete the “check-in” process after logging in to your account. It will provide you with options such as hotel room location preferences, etc. Proceed through the process and complete it for all of your reserved rooms.

    Have a magical vacation!
