    Howdy. Why can't I make theme park reservations on line. When I click on the link in my Disney experience it takes me to a blank page.

    Hey there, Thomas. Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. 

    I'm sorry that you are having a hard time making park pass reservations but I have a few ideas that might help you troubleshoot the problem. First, have you tried to change web browsers? Sometimes I feel like all of the Disney websites work better using Chrome. If you aren't using that browser, give it a try and see what happens. Also, instead of clicking the link over from your MyDisneyExperience account, maybe try going to the website from your search bar instead. To find where to make park pass reservations, type in your search bar Walt Disney World park pass reservations. The first website to pop up should be the one and you could try to click over from there. I'm also attaching the park pass reservation website link here for you to try to use. You can also make park pass reservations using the MyDisneyExperience mobile app. If you don't already have it downloaded to your smartphone device, I highly encourage you to do so. The app is great for a number of things while you are on vacation. Once the app is downloaded, you'll open it up and sign in. Then toward the top you would see a prompt to "Make Theme Park Reservations" and you'll want to click on the "Book Now" button. This will take you straight over to the park pass reservation website where you should be able to make your selections. If none of my ideas work, you can always call technical support and they should be able to troubleshoot your issues with you. The phone number for website support is (407) 939-4357. If you'd rather chat with a Cast Member instead of calling, you can do this through the MyDisneyExperience app. To use the chat feature, open the app and sign in if prompted. Select the menu bar which is the three horizontal lines on the bottom right hand corner of the screen. Scroll down until you see the "Chat With Us" option and select that. This will open up the chat feature where you can describe your problem and a Cast Member should be able to help you as soon as possible. I personally like using the chat feature because you don't have to wait on hold to be helped.
