CONGRATULATIONS!!! We are thrilled to hEAR that you are celebrating such an important occasion at the Walt Disney World Resort!
Prior to becoming Annual Passholders, we always purchased
Memory Maker. The digital
PhotoPass photos that are included have been amazing and have brought so much laughter long after the trips. As long as your Memory Maker is linked in your My Disney Experience account and you scan your MagicBand with the Disney PhotoPass photographer, your photos should magically appear in the
My Disney Experience Mobile App.
Photos captured on attractions should also automatically appear. If others in your party scan their MagicBands with the PhotoPass photographers, be sure that everyone is connected in your My Family & Friends list in My Disney Experience and that you have selected the option to share Disney PhotoPass photos so that you can see all of the photos taken even if you did not scan your MagicBand. I typically check the mobile app a few times a day while we are in the parks to make sure our photos are uploading to My Disney Experience.
Occasionally, we have been missing a photo or two, so we stopped by one of the
PhotoPass Service areas in the theme parks and a lovely Cast Member helped retrieve and link the photos. We just had to provide the general location and time the photo was taken to help them narrow the search. If you get home and discover missing photos, you can also
report missing photos online or call and speak to a Cast Member on the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support Team at 407-560-4300.
