Housekeeping services question: should guests expect similar cleaning patterns to WDW where housekeeping will provide light housekeeping services every other day? Will items such as coffee and toiletries be replenished daily? Thank you in advance! :)

    Greetings Mimi!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for stopping by with your question!

I recently stayed at a Disneyland Resort Hotel and a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel at Walt Disney World so I am uniquely equipped to answer your question!

It sounds like you are more familiar with staying at "The Most Magical Place on Earth” so you will notice a difference when visiting Walt’s original theme park. Unless specifically requested, the housekeeping team will service your room every single day of your resort stay. Your bed will be made in addition to toiletries and linens being replenished. If you ever want more coffee or toiletries you are welcome to call and request more or leave a note asking for additional items.

Like Walt Disney World, you can complete online check-in before arrival. But you’ll do so up to five days in advance. Doing so will allow you can use your digital key to bypass the front desk and go straight to your room! And, while you cannot use your MagicBand+ to enter your hotel room, you can access your room using the digital key feature on the Disneyland Mobile App. All you have to do is tap the “Unlock Door” button and hold your Bluetooth-enabled device against the door lock.

Enjoy your magical Disneyland Resort Hotel stay! Please come back to see us if you have any more questions!
