What a great question! I had the exact same issue a couple of months ago, where my family's Disney+ account was not the same email as my
My Disney Experience account in order to take advantage of a special offer. To fix this issue, I called Disney+ Customer Service at 888-905-7888 and explained my situation to a very helpful Cast Member. Because an email account is specific to each Disney+ account, the Cast Member canceled our account under one email address and then opened a new Disney+ account that matched the email of the My Disney Experience account. It's also wise to talk to a Cast Member about making this change because they can help you with any refunds necessary in closing out a Disney+ account to open a new one. From there, you are good to go! NOTE: I just talked to a Disney+ Cast Member today, and she also verified this information.
While no current Disney+ promotions are going on currently for Disney World, there is a
Disney+ promotion for Disney Cruise Line. Since you are looking for Disney World promotions, I would check the
