what are the hours or schedule for the chip dale sing along camp fire and movie...? is it a movie for liitle (5-6yo) kids or for big kids? if we stay at the Popcentury how would we get to the chip & dale sSACF & movie and back to Pop century ?

    Mario:

This makes three in a row!

Chip 'n' Dale's campfire singalong at Fort Wilderness begins at 8 p.m. during Daylight Savings Time and starts at 7 p.m. during standard time. The fire pots are lit 30 minutes ahead for marshmallow roasting and a movie follows. Although, I can't find an official movie schedule on the Disney World website, there's a comprehensive movie schedule at www.buildingabettermousetrip.com (yes, trip not trap).

As you can see from this month's schedule, the movies vary from High School Musical 3 to G-Force but you can adjust the night you want to visit to the movie likes/dislikes of your family.

If you're staying at Pop Century, I would suggest taking its bus to the Magic Kingdom and then transfering to the boat to Fort Wilderness. From the fort's pier, walk up to Pioneer Hall and out to the bus stop at the road. From there take the Orange Line bus to the Meadow Trading Post (tell the driver you are going to the campfire singalong) and then once off the bus, you can walk to the ampitheater behind the trading post to the left of the pool. Honestly, you could probably walk this if you feel comfortable asking a few folks where the campfire is.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
