It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Nicole!
I have a confession to make: I choose which Walt Disney World Resort Hotel I'm going to stay at mostly based on what kind of food you can get there. Do I want to stay at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge so I can be close to
The Mara, one of my favorite Quick-Service restaurants at Walt Disney World Resort, or do I want to be within walking distance to
Geyser Point Bar & Grill at
Disney's Wilderness Lodge? Sometimes it's a really difficult decision for me to make!
To answer your question, the hours of the dining locations and the offerings for private and in-room dining at the Resort Hotels depend on which one you're staying at. For instance,
Landscape of Flavors at
Disney's Art of Animation Resort is usually open from 6 a.m. until around midnight, but
Gasparilla Island Grill at
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is open to guests 24 hours a day. You can find the hours for each dining location on their webpage, so search for the one at your Resort Hotel so you can find out when it opens and closes, and then work it into your plans!
As for
in-room dining, pizza is the only option available at the
Value Resort Hotels, but the
Moderate and
Deluxe Resort Hotels offer
private dining menus with a few more options. At
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, you can even have the entire spread from
'Ohana delivered right to your room, which is definitely a delicious way to treat yourself. Menus are subject to change, so have a look at the one in your room when you get there so you can decide what you want to order for breakfast, lunch, or dinner in bed.
Have a magical day, Nicole!
