    what are the hours of the guest relations office at the theme parks and downtown disney??

    Hi there, Constance!

    Guest Relations windows at Parks typically open an hour prior to Park opening and close an hour after Park closure. You'll want to check the official Parks calendars for operating hours.

    There are two Guest Relations windows at Downtown Disney:

    Guest Relations at the Marketplace (by Once Upon a Toy) Is open Sun-Thurs 8:30am to 11pm and Fri-Sat 8:30am to 11:30pm

    Guest Relations across from the AMC theaters (by the Pleasure Island Entrance and Wetzels Pretzels) is open daily from 9:30am to 11:45pm.
