Currently, the Health Club at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa is open 24 hours a day and includes cardio equipment, strength-training machines, free weights, and more.
The Grand Floridian Spa, which offers an array of revitalizing therapies and services, is open between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. If you want to visit for a manicure, massage, or any other available service you can
book an appointment online. These hours are subject to change, so it's always a good idea to check with the Front Desk when you arrive for your stay.
