How many hours before my flight will we need to check in with Disney Magical Express to the airport from All Star Movies? I am trying to decide if there’s time for a character breakfast to end our trip.

    Hi Dianne!

Disney's Magical Express is one of my favorite benefits of staying at the Disney Resort hotels! I love traveling between Orlando International Airport and our Disney Resort hotel on comfortable buses, without having to worry about navigation or rental cars.

The end of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation always feels sad, but starting your journey home on Disney's Magical Express makes it feel a little bit less tragic. Generally, your departure time on Disney's Magical Express will be three hours before your scheduled flight departure time. Depending on the day and time of your departure, your bus may need to depart up to four hours in advance of your flight. So I recommend that you plan to be at your Disney Resort hotel ready to depart four hours in advance of your flight time so you aren't rushed as you start your journey home. You will get your exact departure time in a Transportation Notice on your Disney Resort hotel room door the day before your check-out date, which will allow you to finalize your itinerary for your final day. If you are flying one of the participating airlines, be sure to take advantage of Resort Airline Check-In so you can make your trip home as easy as possible!

Feel free to send us more details about your flight time and your Disney Resort hotel so we can help you plan your final morning of magic. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
