Hi there, Melissa!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question!
I was super excited to see the
Disney Parks Blog post about
Disney After Hours events returning in 2024. After all, I am a parent of two adult daughters who like to sleep in - late-night parties are kind of our jam! Special Disney After Hours events are scheduled for select dates at Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, and Disney's Hollywood Studios from January to April, and
tickets are on sale now. During the After Hours events, Guests can experience three extra hours in the parks, with smaller crowds and lower wait times for favorite attractions. Select snacks are included, so bring your appetite!
Disney After Hours Boo Bash was a specially-ticketed event held in the Fall of 2021, when Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party had not yet made a return after the pandemic. While it was a SPOOKTACULARLY fun event (I attended two of them!), now that Not-So-Scary has returned, I'm not sure if such an event would ever run concurrently as a late-night offering during the Fall season.
The Boo Bash events were tons of FRIGHTFUL FUN, with ice cream novelties, popcorn, and select beverages included in the price of admission. Spooky Character Cavalcades appeared along the parade route throughout the night, and Disney Friends made appearances for (distanced) photos in their Halloween costumes.
I was THRILLED to hear that
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party would be returning in the Fall of 2022, bringing back the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular, Mickey's Boo-to-You Halloween Parade, and Disney's Not-So-Spooky Fireworks Spectacular! The Halloween Party is a must-BOO for our family every year - I'm already making plans to let the Sanderson Sisters put a spell on us again this fall.
I'll be staying tuned to the Disney Parks Blog to see if any other HAUNTINGLY HAPPY Halloween events are happening this fall - you never know when something might "materialize"!
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo to You!
