Disney After Hours is a separately ticketed event that is held at Magic Kingdom, Disney's Hollywood Studios, EPCOT and
Disney H2O Glow After Hours at
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon on select nights throughout the year. Because tickets are limited, wait times for even the most popular attractions tend to be lower than what you might find during regular operating hours. You'll also find character meet and greets, some that are considered rare, meaning they don't have regularly scheduled meet and greets in the parks on a normal day. As an added perk, attendees also get unlimited bottled water and sodas as well as popcorn and ice cream novelties. It's a fun way to efficiently experience the parks at night with fewer crowds.
So far, Disney hasn't released any information about next year's After Hours events. I believe last year, information was released toward the end of September, and tickets went on sale in October.
