    Will the after hours be available in January 2020

    Hi Lynn!

    I'm so excited to see that you will be starting 2020 with a visit to Walt Disney World Resort! Disney After Hours is a fantastic way to make the most of your time visiting the theme parks. Since it is a limited ticket event, you will be able to enjoy some of your favorite attractions without the normal queues that you would experience at other times during the day. Plus, your special evening includes complimentary ice cream, popcorn and select beverages, so who can resist? 

    Currently, Disney After Hours is scheduled at Magic Kingdom and Disney's Animal Kingdom through the middle of September and at Disney's Hollywood Studios through the middle of July. We haven't heard any official word about the future of this event, but Disney After Hours was just extended for additional dates a few weeks ago. So I recommend that you keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for announcements about the future of Disney After Hours and other special events you can enjoy during your visit!

    The Disney Imagineers are working on so many new, magical things for the theme parks, Disney Resort hotels and Disney Springs that you will be able to experience during your visit. I can't wait to ride the Disney Skyliner when it opens this fall to travel throughout Walt Disney World Resort. Plus, Epcot is getting an entirely new nighttime spectacular when Epcot Forever debuts on October 1. And I didn't even mention Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, where Guests will be able to travel to a galaxy far, far away when it opens on August 29 at Disney's Hollywood Studios! The Disney Parks Blog is also the perfect place to get announcements about all of these new things and more that are headed to Walt Disney World Resort in time for your vacation.
