Hi there, Bailey!
Ahoy and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It sounds like you have a
WONDERful voyage planned and that is so very exciting! You are going to have the best time and make some really special memories when you head to sea with my favorite captain…. Captain Mickey!
One thing you definitely won’t go without while onboard a Disney Cruise Line ship is food! The food available onboard is yummy and plentiful and you can always find something to snack on, no matter what time of the day it happens to be! While the main dining rooms are mainly open for mealtimes, you can find quick service type options like pizza from
Pinocchio’s Pizzeria or burgers and fries from
Pete’s Boiler Bites late into the evening and you can always order from
Room Service 24-hours a day! Room Service is included with your reservation (aside from prepackaged drinks and snacks which are available at an additional cost) and I highly recommend the BLT sandwich with a side of everyone’s favorite ice cream treat, the Mickey Bar. While completely optional, it is always nice to bring some small bills with you to tip the Cast Member that delivers your Room Service tray, or you can add a tip to your stateroom account when you sign for your delivery.
One of my favorite meals on the Disney Wonder continues to be the Mardi Gras celebration at
Tiana’s Place! The beignets and bread pudding make a deliciously sweet ending to a yummy Cajun menu! My New Orleans-bred husband definitely approves of the meal!
Wishing you the most magical and memorable adventure at sea, Bailey!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
