Hi there, Christine,Welcome back to planDisney. Oh boy! Will you be sailing on the Disney Wonder or the Disney Magic? Either way, you can't go wrong. Those are my favorite ships in the Disney Cruise Line fleet. For cruise itineraries sailing into or out of Vancouver, British Columbia, Disney Cruise Line partners with three different hotels for pre-cruise and post-cruise hotel stays. They are Fairmont Vancouver Airport, Fairmont Waterfront, and Pan Pacific Vancouver Hotel. The Fairmont Waterfront is located immediately across the street from the Canada Place Cruise Terminal. So getting to your ship from there is only a short walk. The Pan Pacific Vancouver Hotel is a part of the Canada Place complex. That means the ship is a mere elevator ride away. That leaves only the Fairmont Vancouver Airport that would benefit from Disney Cruise Line-arranged motorcoach transportation. Since the Fairmont Vancouver Airport is adjacent to the airport terminal, motorcoach service for guests of that hotel is coordinated with service for other cruise passengers to and from the airport. My family and I sailed on the Disney Wonder to Vancouver earlier this year. We had an early afternoon flight on our disembarkation day. So we had purchased Disney Cruise Line-arranged ground transportation to the airport. It was very convenient to simply pick up our luggage in the cruise terminal and step right onto a bus for a quick drive to the airport. I would definitely use that service again. On a previous cruise, we stayed at the Pan Pacific Vancouver Hotel before embarkation. That experience was immensely convenient. We stayed two nights there before boarding our cruise to Alaska. For us, that was just the right amount of time to allow us to explore Vancouver to kick off our vacation. Canada Place is generally quite straightforward to navigate. But staying within the complex took it to a whole new level of convenience. I imagine that a stay at Fairmont Waterfront would be nearly as convenient without having to worry about transportation to the cruise terminal across the street. With this question, I'm sure you are well on your way to having your Disney cruise planned out nicely. As usual, we'd love to hear from you again here at planDisney should you care for any more recommendations or information we can offer.Have a marvelous cruise, Christine!~Tony
