Hiya Jessica,
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for submitting your question to us.
There’s no better place to spend the most wonderful time of year than at the
Happiest Place on Earth!
The Holiday Season brings hand-pulled candy canes,
themed entertainment, and more. It’s a very merry celebration indeed!
According to the
Disneyland Resort Rules, pets or other animals are prohibited from entering the theme parks,
Disneyland Resort Hotels, and
Downtown Disney District. Unless they are
a service animal (not an emotional support animal or comfort/companion animals), they will not be allowed inside the parks
or Disneyland Resort Hotels. If they are a service animal, be sure they have the proper harness and anything else they may require while in the theme parks.
However, I encourage you to look into some
Good Neighbor Hotels that are pet-friendly! These hotels are relatively close to the parks and some even offer transportation. If you do not choose to stay at a Good Neighbor Hotel that is pet friendly and they are not a service animal, I recommend you make it up to your pet by stopping at
Disney Home or
World of Disney in Downtown Disney District and bringing some Disney-themed pet souvenirs home!
If you have other questions about the Disneyland Resort, remember - you’ve got a friend in me!
