Do hotels have pack and play on the room (Old Key West) or it has to be requested the same day of arrival?

Hey Howdy Hey Maria and welcome to planDisney!

Thank you for stopping by with your question about playpens for your upcoming trip. Disney makes every effort to provide a "home away from home" environment for all Guests including the little ones and their families which includes crib and playpen availability.

If you are interested in having a playpen which is a version of Pack 'n Play, you can request them either when making your reservations or upon arrival. You should be able to give Disney a call at (407) 939-1936 and speak with a Cast Member about putting in a request for a playpen for your room. Disney Cast Members make every effort to meet requests such as these, just know supplies are limited so putting in requests earlier rather than later will help ensure your request is met.

I am sure you already know about the Baby Care Centers in each theme park in Walt Disney World Resort but just a reminder about how great these locations are. No matter if you need a quiet place for feeding your little one or just a place for them to get some downtime from all of the excitement in the parks, it really is a great place made for little ones. You will also have the option to purchase things such as diapers and wipes that you may have forgotten in your room or run out of, so make sure to keep these locations in mind for any of your needs during your trip.

Best of luck on your final days of preparation for your Magical vacation! If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out and let us know, we would be happy to help!

    Have a Magical Day,
