Hi Tiffany,
Welcome back to planDisney and thank you for your question! I'm thrilled to see that you're already hard at work planning your next trip to the Happiest Place on Earth next year.
Currently, you need both valid
theme park tickets and
theme park reservations for each day you plan to visit the parks. For the tickets, you can purchase those at any time since you just need to use them by their expiration date, which is typically pretty far off. For example, if you purchased multi-day tickets today, they wouldn't expire until January 12, 2026.
Theme park reservations are able to be booked about six months out from the current date. Therefore, you'd need to wait until early December to book the dates of your trip. You can keep an eye on the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to see how far out you're able to book as of today.
The other main component of your trip is the hotel! From what I've seen in the past, the following year's bookings tend to open toward the end of the summer. If that trend continues this year then I'd imagine we should see the 2025
Disneyland Resort hotels booking window open here in the next month or so. Also, when the booking window has opened in the past, it has opened up for the entire year, so you should be able to book your hotel as soon as the 2025 calendar opens up.
Thanks again for your question, Tiffany! I hope you have a wonderful time planning your trip and even more fun during your visit.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
