I have hotel and ticket reservations for my group of 6 under my Disney account. My friends would like to link to their accounts as well. We just have reservation confirmation numbers, but not the tickets yet. Is it possible to link without printed tickets?

Hi there, Leanne! Welcome to planDisney! You've come to the right place.

I'm happy to hear that you and your friends have booked a Disneyland Resort Vacation Package! It's so convenient to get your theme park admission and accommodations in one transaction. Guests who have a package do not receive their ticket numbers until four days before arrival, and then you can link them to your Disneyland Mobile app. However, there are a few things I suggest doing beforehand.

First, you'll want to make your Park Reservations as soon as you are within 120 days of arrival. If you're unsure if you've already completed this step, there's an easy way to check. Log into your website account (not your app), select My Disneyland from the main menu, and click Ticket and Reservation Details. Next, click on View My Park Reservations. If you still need to make them, go back to the My Disneyland tab, and choose My Hotel Reservations from the menu. Once the 8-digit Hotel Reservation is linked, you can make your Park Reservations. Four days prior to arrival, your E-documents can be found there, and they will include the actual ticket number to link to your Disneyland app. This will come in handy when purchasing Genie+ for your group! I also recommend visiting the My Profile screen of the Disneyland app and storing a payment method.

I hope this helps, Leanne! If you need anything else before your trip this fall, you know where to find us!
