Hi Michael! It's so great to see you back at planDisney! Sounds like you're planning a very special visit to the Disneyland Resort. I'm happy to help answer your question and get you on your way!
Since you asked specifically about the three-bedroom suites at Disneyland Hotel and two-bedroom suites at Pixar Place Hotel, I spoke with two very friendly Cast Members at both hotels who could provide details on those.
The Three Bedroom Family Connecting Suite at the Disneyland Hotel sleeps 14 Guests and offers three bathrooms in total. One bathroom is in the living area and the other two are in the adjoining bedroom areas.
The absolutely gorgeous Three Bedroom Grand Villa at
The (brand-new) Villas at Disneyland Hotel sleeps 12 Guests with an incredibly unique floor plan - two floors! There is one full bathroom and one-half bath on the first floor, and two full bathrooms on the second floor. That's a grand total of three and a half bathrooms! Each bathroom is super spacious with sprawling vanities which can accommodate multiple Guests at a time. You'll feel like royalty.
For more details on all the room and suite types at the Disneyland Hotel, visit the
Disneyland website. The pictures will also help you get a lay of the land, as well as a peek into the magical theming.
In the brand-new, and may I add, delightfully themed,
Pixar Place Hotel the Two Bedroom Connecting Suite sleeps up to 9 adults and does have two bathrooms. Every suite is located on the third floor (which gives easy access to the very fun Finding Nemo-inspired pool, also on the third floor)!
In the Two Bedroom Suite at Pixar Place Hotel, the main bedroom with a King bed has its own huge bathroom, with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The second room with two Queen beds has a smaller bathroom with a walk-in shower. All bathrooms in Disney Resort Hotels include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash - so save that space in your suitcases!
But trust me, whichever suite you choose - you can't go wrong!
If you do find yourself at Disneyland Hotel, even if just passing through the beautiful property, make sure to check out the Big Thunder Mountain Railroad diorama in the Frontier Tower Lobby. The diorama was built to a 1/4" to 1' scale of Frontierland's famous coaster and is a recreation of the original model used by Imagineers in the 1970s to create Big Thunder. It's incredible and my family, including two young sons, can't get enough of taking in every little detail.
I hope this information has been helpful, Michael. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to
reach out again.
Magic awaits,
McCayla
