Hey there, Breanna. It's a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious day to be planning a visit to the Disneyland Resort. I'm so excited about your upcoming magical adventure and I'm thrilled to help.
Oh dear, I'm terribly sorry about the possible crossed wires. Theme park reservations can be made up to 180 days in advance of your visit. Unlike the White Rabbit who is late for a very important date, it seems you might be just a few days early. I checked the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar and see that we're nearly a few days away from your arrival date opening up for reservations. It sounds like you may have booked a Disneyland Vacation Package. If that's the case, make sure that you've
linked your hotel reservation to your Disney account to ensure you are able to make your theme park reservations.
Quick tip, if you're staying at a
Disneyland Resort hotel, make sure your theme park reservations align with the designated theme park that is offering
Early Entry. This will ensure that you can take advantage of this magical perk during your stay. Right now (subject to change), Disneyland Park will open early on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, while Disney California Adventure Park will open early on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
You will be visiting during one of my favorite times of the year,
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort. The resort will be covered in fall adornments and there's nothing like having the giant Mickey pumpkin greet you as soon as you walk in. Another great place to check out some spooky décor is in "Radiator Screams" in Disney California Adventure Park. The residents go all out with their Haul-O-Ween decorations.
Breanna, I hope this is helpful (and puts your mind at ease) as you are planning for your magical stay. You're getting closer and closer to the day theme park reservations will open up for your arrival. Here's wishing you a spooktacular visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
