I have 2 hotel reservations but when I log into my disney experience it only shows 1 magic band for the first set of hotel dates. How do I get the second set of hotel dates on the same band or how do I get a second magic band?

Hello Amberly! That is a great question. You should get a separate set of MagicBands for each separate Resort Hotel reservation, so you should have two sets of MagicBands. You might want to check to see if your second reservation has been linked with My Disney Experience. If it has been linked and your reservations are for a split stay (two resort reservations for one trip) then you will only need one set of MagicBands even though they usually send you two.

If you are not doing a split stay, and your Resort Reservations are for two different trips, you should be able to see both MagicBand orders when you log in to My Disney Experience. At the top of the screen you will see a tab that says My Disney Experience. When you hover over it you will see a section that says My Account and MagicBands and Cards. Click MagicBands and Cards. This will show you your MagicBand orders, and which resorts and dates they are for.

I also currently have two Walt Disney World Resort Hotel reservations (two separate trips), and when I log in to my My Disney Experience account it lists both Resort reservations with two MagicBand orders.

If you still haven't found the issue I suggest calling (407) 939-4357 for help with your My Disney Experience account and MagicBands.

If you need anything else, please feel free to stop in and see us. I hope this issue is resolved soon, and I hope you have a magical Walt Disney World vacation!
