Sarah from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have hotel reservations for December 1-3. I also purchased tickets at that time and have made my park reservations. Where can I find my ticket numbers? I am trying to link them to the app and Magic+ bands.

    Hi there, Sarah!

Welcome to planDisney! It sounds like your planning is already going really well, and you've picked a super magical time to visit the Disneyland Resort. I'd be glad to help you explore the technology that will help you during your trip to the parks.

If you purchased your vacation package on the Disneyland website then your tickets and reservations should be linked to your Disney account already. Yay! We just need to help you navigate to where you can see them. I prefer to access my tickets on the Disneyland Mobile App. In the app, you can tap on the "≡" icon to open the menu, then select "Tickets and Passes" to display any tickets currently linked to your account. If you're signed in with the same account that you used to purchase your tickets and make park reservations then they should be here for you! Your tickets will show a barcode and the ticket number, as well as expiration dates.

You should also be able to view your future plans on the Disneyland website by hovering over "My Disneyland" in the top menu and then clicking on "My Plans" to open your personal planning page and modify your park reservations, if necessary.

When you open the main menu on the mobile app there is also a spot to tap "MagicBand+" which will help you link your bands to the app and assign park tickets to each band. I really love using my MagicBand+ in the parks, especially to quickly enter Lightning Lanes! Plus, you never know when you might come across a magical interaction that you weren't expecting. Pay close attention to your band as you exit the Haunted Mansion...you might pick up a final farewell from a ghost!

Sometimes pairing a MagicBand+ can be a little bit tricky, but there are some helpful tips on the website to help you get linked up and ready for fun! Don't forget, your bands can also be used to link photos from Disney PhotoPass Photographers! Super quick and easy, with no cards to keep track of.

If you're not able to locate your tickets in your account then I recommend calling the "Tickets" number on the Disneyland Phone Numbers page, or the "Vacation Packages" number if you purchased them as part of a package. A Cast Member will be happy to help you get everything straightened out!

Sarah, I cannot wait for you to experience the Holidays at the Disneyland Resort this winter! Go enjoy an extra Mickey Gingerbread Cookie for me, please!

    Keep moving forward!
