Hi Kristen,
Thank you for dropping by planDisney with a great question! It is always my pleasure to greet a fellow member of the
Annual Passholder family!
With a
Disney Resorts Collection or select resort hotel reservation, you should be able to make
Disney Park Pass system reservations for the length of your stay unless your pass is subject to certain
pass blockout dates. If your pass is eligible for the dates you are staying and you still cannot make park pass reservations for those additional days, then I suggest you double-check to make sure your resort hotel is linked to your
My Disney Experience account.
To check to make sure your resort hotel is linked, log into My Disney Experience and click on My Plans. Scroll to see if your resort hotel reservation details are there. If not, you will need to link the reservation. To do so, log into My Disney Experience, click on My Plans, click on Add More Plans, and then click on
Link Reservations and Tickets.
If your resort hotel reservation is linked and you cannot make additional park pass reservations, also check the
theme park reservation availability calendar to make sure there are park passes available for those dates. If there are park passes available and your resort hotel is linked in My Disney Experience yet you still cannot make park pass reservations, I suggest you
contact a Cast Member in Website Support by phone. On two separate occasions I was unable to make park pass reservations for some inexplicable reason. When I contacted a Cast Member, they were able to make the park pass reservations for me.
Kristen, I hope this helps! I trust you will get those park passes made and will soon be packing for your next
Incredible Disney visit!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
