I want to make a hotel reservation in WDW in February

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Linda!

Welcome to planDisney! We are THRILLED you stopped by and are honored to help you plan your upcoming trip to Disney World! How exciting that you are planning to visit the “Most MAGICAL Place On Earth” in February! You are going to have the most incredible adventure, so let’s walk through exactly how you can get your resort booked. Just know that Mickey and Minnie can’t wait to “See You Real Soon!”

Setting up your Disney World hotel reservation is a super straightforward process. You can start by entering your travel details in the “Build Your Vacation” section on the Disney World website (located in the white area at the top of the main page), which guides you step by step through the booking process. From there, you’ll plug in your travel dates, the number of guests in your party, and choose your resort. (planDisney tip: Choose “All Resort Hotels” to give you all the resort options available as you select your “Home Away From Home.”) From there, you’ll see a list of available Disney resorts that match your dates, complete with photos, descriptions, and pricing. This makes it easy to compare Value, Moderate, and Deluxe resorts and decide what fits your trip best. After choosing your resort, you’ll select your room, review all the details, and sign in or create your My Disney Experience account to complete the reservation. A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due closer to your arrival date. Once booked, your reservation will appear in your My Disney Experience account, where you can manage plans, link tickets, and prepare for dining reservations.

If you’d rather discuss things with a live person, you can also call and book your resort directly with a friendly Disney Cast Member. They are great at answering questions, explaining the differences between resorts, and helping you feel confident about your choice. Sometimes they can even offer planning tips you may not think to ask about online.

Whether you book online or over the phone, you’ll receive the same official Disney pricing and access to all on-site perks. Resort availability can fill up quickly, so booking sooner rather than later is always a smart move. Once your hotel is booked, everything else starts falling into place, and the Disney MAGIC really begins.

As you continue to plan, be sure to check out the Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date information on all things Disney. Mickey and his pals have some exciting surprises planned, and we don't want you to miss any of the fun!

If you have other questions, please don't hesitate to ask. We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
