I have a hotel reservation for 4/7-4/10 and tickets for 1 day (4/9) that I purchased separately and want to make sure the reservations are linked.

    Hi Rani!

Welcome to planDisney! I'm Kristen, your planEAR today. Thank you so much for sending this Disneyland Resort vacation planning question to us hEAR!

Oh Boy! You're in for a real treat, Rani. The weather for next weekend looks wonderful, and you'll be happy to know that the pools of the Disneyland Resort Hotels will be heated to a perfect temp should you want to jump in early in the morning or late at night when it's chilly out. The best way to double-check that you're good to go for your visit is to log in to your My Disneyland Account or pull up your account in your Disneyland Mobile App. If you can see both your Disneyland Resort Hotel reservation as well as your Theme Park Admission Tickets then you're all set! There won't necessarily be anything that you can see on your end that would notate that you're visiting the theme parks and are a Disney hotel guest, but Mickey knows and everything is connected automagically on the back end.

I do want to double-check that you've made a Park Pass Reservation for your theme park visit on the 9th; sadly I don't have the proper Magic Mirror to check the status of that myself. However, the easiest way to check this yourself is if you open your Disneyland App, click the gray three stacked lines in the bottom right corner, and then tap 'My Plans.' That will show not only your visit date but also the theme park you selected as either the one you'll be visiting all day with a One-Park-Per-Day ticket or the park you'll be starting in with a Park Hopper ticket. If you don't see or you haven't made a Park Pass Reservation yet, you'll want to do that soon.

If you're still having trouble or you'd like to speak with someone over the phone, the Disneyland Ticket helpline can be reached at (714) 781-4636.

Thank you again so much for reaching out to us, Rani! Be sure to follow the official planDisney Instagram account for even more tips and tricks. We even just launched a brand new planDisney Podcast! And if you have any more Disneyland Resort vacation planning questions, We're All Ears!
