I have a hotel reservation scheduled at a Disneyland property which includes ticket to the park, I was able to schedule park reservations but I do not have/have not received information regarding actual tickets, where can I find them?

    Hi Connor! Welcome to planDisney.

It sounds like you have a Disneyland Resort Vacation Package. What a great choice! Vacation Packages offer Guests increased value that I know you'll appreciate. We love the Early Entry option when staying on Disneyland Resort property. Disneyland Hotel is our favorite. It's iconic and we love being close to the Disneyland Monorail, which will take you right into the heart of Tomorrowland in Disneyland Park. But all the Disneyland Resort Hotels offer convenient access to the parks, magical theming, and delicious dining choices. You're going to have the best time!

Good news! You're all set. You can't make a theme park reservation without a valid admission ticket, and tickets are no longer paper, so you just need to know where to look to find them and use them. Have you downloaded the Disneyland mobile app? You'll want it to scan into the parks at the entrance, book and scan in at Lightning Lane Entrances, and use Mobile Order. It's a great tool! You'll find the tickets that are part of your package in the app four days before your visit by tapping the three-bar menu on the lower right side. That will bring up a series of tiles. The top left one is "Tickets and Passes." Tap the tile and you should be able to swipe through all the linked tickets.

If for some reason those tickets don't appear when they should, give the Vacation Packages dedicated phone line a call. A friendly Cast Member will be happy to assist you!

Have you made your dining reservations yet? You'll be visiting at a popular time, so booking early can help you secure your coveted dining spot. I like to break up a park day with a delicious meal in a magical setting while resting my feet. Some Guests prefer to enjoy the tasty options Quick Service offers throughout the parks. Both are good choices, especially with the fun holiday treats and sips you'll find this time of year. Check out the Foodie Guide before you arrive! The iconic Mickey Mouse Gingerbread Cookie is always at the top of my must-eat list. You'll find it in several spots this year. Go early, as they can sell out, and it's one you don't want to miss.

    Have a magical day.
