    Our hotel reservation is at the Pop Century in October 2014, we will be arriving around noon but check in is not until 3pm. Is there a way to leave the luggage somewhere if we plan to visit downtown Disney that afternoon?

    Hello and welcome to the Moms Panel!

    You are certainly more than welcome to leave your luggage with Bell Services upon your arrival at Disney's Pop Century Resort.  They will be more than happy to store it for you until your room is ready. Although your room may not be available when you arrive, you can still check-in.  A Cast Member will gladly take your phone number in order to send you a text once your room is ready.  It is really a handy service that Disney provides.
