Are the hotel pools open year-round?

    Hi Shawn!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It sounds like you're planning a splashtacular time at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel during your upcoming Disney vacation! I love spending the early morning and afternoon playing in the theme parks and heading back to our Resort hotel for a break to swim in the pool. It's the perfect way to relax before heading back to all the evening fun at one of the theme parks!

I'm happy to share that the pools at each Walt Disney World Resort hotel are open, during their regular operating hours, all year-round! If the outside temperature drops below a certain point, the Resort hotel management will make the decision whether or not to keep their Resort's swimming pools open. My family and I often visit Walt Disney World Resort during January and have found that no matter which Resort hotel we're staying at, the swimming pools are always a perfect temperature!

Shawn, I hope you're planning on packing your swimsuit and going for a swim in your Walt Disney World Resort hotel's pool! If you can think of any more great questions before your upcoming vacation, please don't hesitate to come back and visit us again!
