    I have a hotel and park tickets including genie plus for Jan and when I look at my plans on the first day I have a park reservation I see no information for genie plus, just says genie will summon to help you make the best selection but that’s the free one

    I absolutely love having my own countdown to Disney to look forward to, and plan towards.  Which is one of the many reasons why it makes me so incredibly happy to learn that you have a January 2023 holiday at Walt Disney World Resort in your upcoming future.

    Kelly, it sure sounds like you've already been doing lots of your own research and planning for your 2023 Disney holibobs as you've gone ahead and booked a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, bought Magic Tickets, and even linked all these pixie-dusted elements to your My Disney Experience account too. 

    Oh boy, I expect you may have even made those all-important Disney Park Pass reservations for your intended Disney Theme Park days too!

    Now, when thinking about the Disney Genie Service via the My Disney Experience Mobile App; Guests aren't actually able to summon Genie by purchasing the Disney Genie+ service, or Individual Lightening Lanes, or indeed begin selecting their wishes from Genie, until their actual day of visit to a Disney Theme Park.

    Additionally, it might be helpful to understand that several months back the Walt Disney Travel Company ceased the pre-purchase of the Disney Genie+ service ahead of Guest arrival at Walt Disney World Resort. 

    Therefore, just to put your mind at rest Kelly, you may wish to speak in person with a helpful Cast Member who can gain access to your My Disney Experience account and could confirm exactly what you can expect to be included within your Magic Tickets upon arrival at Walt Disney World Resort.
