    If I have most of my hotel paid by the due date and only have a small amount to pay will Disney give me an extension to finish paying before we arrive?

    Autumn Events and Festivities at Walt Disney World Resort await your arrival, what a positively beautiful time of year you have selected to visit! Best of all, Stephanie, you will also enjoy the current 50th Anniversary Celebration of Walt Disney World Resort, what a great planner you are!

    Stephanie, at this time, unfortunately, balances due for Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Packages booked through The Walt Disney Travel Company cannot be extended. If you booked your vacation package with a third-party vendor, please contact them directly with your question. For further clarification or questions kindly contact Walt Disney World Resort - Disney Resort Hotel Reservations.

    If you need to cancel your existing Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package, you may be able to do so, depending on the type of reservation, by signing into your Disney account online and accessing Resort Hotel via My Plans – Dining, Resort Hotel and Tickets under the My Disney Experience planning tab. If you see the option to Modify or Cancel your reservation, then you are welcome to proceed. If you do not see these options, and instead see directions for canceling by phone, then you will have to contact Walt Disney World Resort – Disney Resort Hotel Reservations for assistance. Please note, that, cancellation fees may apply, should you cancel after the final payment due date.

    Stephanie don’t forget to look over your Disney Park Pass – Theme Park Reservations for each day of valid theme park admission, and finalize any advance Disney Dining Reservations, especially during this time of year.

    Tips:
    Download the My Disney Experience App to manage your plans before and during your visit and enjoy many features that will add greater convenience to your visit. Don't forget to complete your Disney Resort Hotel Online Check-In and pre-purchase and customize your MagicBands and/or MagicBand+ devices to access your entitlements and all the Disney magic during your visit!
