I spoke with a friendly Cast Member who informed me that the
Florida Resident Disney Summer Magic Ticket cannot be combined with a room reservation vacation package. These tickets would need to be purchased separately from your vacation package. You should be able to modify the tickets with your vacation package to add days. A Cast Member can help make this change if you call the number listed under “
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations.” Each person on the vacation package must have the same ticket type.
Since you’re a Florida Resident, maybe you can still make use of the Florida Resident Disney Summer Magic Ticket this summer. This 3-Day or 4-Day ticket is currently valid through September 29, 2023, subject to blockout dates of July 1 to July 4, 2023, and September 1 to September 4, 2023. You can even choose to add on the Park Hopper Option, Water Park and Sports Option, or Park Hopper Plus Option for an additional fee. This ticket does require theme park reservations to enter the theme parks.
