Deanna, I think you'll be happy to know that
Bell Services will happily store your luggage for you when you arrive to the resort you are staying at. This is a complimentary service to you. When you arrive at the resort, just look for the Bell Services counter. Sometimes they are outside of the front door and sometimes they are in the resort lobby, it just depends on where you'll be staying. The Cast Member helping you will count the number of pieces you have and give you a luggage tag to hold on to. If you have items that need to be refrigerated, they can do that for you as well. You'll just have to show them which items need to be kept cold. Then, you can go and enjoy the day. I like to plan some pool time for our arrival day and then some shopping and dining at
Disney Springs in the evening. If you've checked in online via your
MyDisneyExperience account you will receive a text message alerting you to when your room is ready. When you are in your room and ready for your luggage you can use the in-room phone to call down to Bell Services and they will bring your luggage to your room. You can also retrieve your things back at the Bell Services counter - it's totally up to you. I typically like to have it delivered to my room since I pack a lot and they can use those luggage carts. I mentioned before that this service is complimentary but I usually like to give the Bell Services Cast Members a few dollars for helping me out. It isn't necessary but always appreciated.
