    Can the hotel hold my luggage for me?

    Hi Valerie,

    Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with a question about luggage when staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel. I’m always looking to squeeze every last minute out of a Disney vacation so if it’s possible to visit the parks on departure day, I do my best to make it happen!

    I’m happy to share that Disney Resort hotel Guests can visit Bell Services on both check-in and check-out days, and they will keep your luggage safe for you while you enjoy your day. To take advantage of this service, head to the Bell Services desk with your luggage and they’ll give you a tag to keep safe until you return to pick up your luggage. If you have any items that need to be refrigerated (like a snack for the trip home), they can keep that cold for you as well! 

    If you're packing light or just don’t want to carry your things around all day, renting a locker at any of the theme parks or water parks is a super convenient option. While they’re not huge, the lockers are great for storing a backpack or even a small carry-on if you do a little creative packing!
    Here’s a quick breakdown of the sizes and prices (Prices are subject to change without notice):

    • Small lockers: 12" x 10" x 17" for $10/day
    • Large lockers: 15.5" x 13" x 17" for $12/day
    • Jumbo lockers (available at EPCOT and Magic Kingdom only): 17" x 22" x 26" for $15/day
