How does hotel checkin work. Arriving tomorrow

    Hi Anna! Welcome to planDisney!

Are you over-the-moon excited right now?! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation begins in just a matter of hours! I realize I'm using a lot of exclamation points here, but it's just because I am so crazy excited for you!! If you need some last-minute packing tips, check out the advice my fellow planDisney Panelists have for you.

Beginning your stay at a Disney Resort hotel is incredibly easy. I suggest logging into your My Disney Experience account, going to "My Plans," and completing Online Check-In which you should find near the top of the page, under the name of your Disney Resort hotel. When your room is ready tomorrow, you will get a text message notifying you of your room number and it will be accompanied by a map for your resort so you can find your room location. Then, you can either use a MagicBand (if you have one) to open your door or use the My Disney Experience app to auto-magically open your door when you arrive.

If you don't use Online Check-In or you want to pick up a Key to the World card for opening your room's door instead, you can head to the Front Desk of your Disney Resort hotel and a Cast Member will be happy to get you all set up.

I hope this helps and that you have the BEST vacation, Anna! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
