If the hotel check-in is at 2pm, but my flight arrives at 6am, can I still take the Disney Magic Express to the resort upon my arrival to leave my bags at the resort and head to the park?

    Welcome, Kelsey!

My family and I book the earliest flights possible when we arrive for our Walt Disney World vacations. There is so much magic in store, we don't want to miss a minute of the fun! Most of the time our resort room is not quite ready for us, though a few times when we've arrived prior to check-in time, we've been fortunate enough to find that we could go straight to our room. But, when it wasn't ready, the Cast Members at Bell Services in the resort lobby have been happy to hold our luggage for us while we go begin our vacation. Usually we head straight to the parks, but sometimes we'll take Disney's transportation over to Disney Springs to explore, or even just stay at the resort and relax by the pool.

Since Disney's Magical Express begins running at 5:00 a.m. from the Orlando International Airport, you can hop right on as you arrive and go straight to your resort. Then, leave your bags and it's off to the parks for the day, Kelsey! You must be flying in on a red eye flight, since I see you're from California. I hope you can gets lots of sleep on the plane if you're planning to hit the ground running! There's so much to explore, but don't try to do it all that first day! Take some rests back at the resort and you'll have more energy for the rest of your vacation.

    Have such fun!
