Hi! Are there hotel cars available to pay for to and from the parks or are concierge able to book taxis/ubers etc? Our daughter has a disability so buses may not always be convenient for speed and comfort.

    Hello, Jenny! Welcome to planDisney!

There are many benefits to staying in a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, including unique theming, proximity to the parks, Early Entry and/or Extended Evening Theme Park Hours, and even complimentary transportation by land (bus), water (boats), and even high in the sky (monorail and Disney Skyliner)! In my opinion, there truly is no better way to holiday than to stay on property at The Most Magical Place On Earth.

While Disney resorts do not have car services or magic carpets to whisk Guests away, Disney offers Minnie Van Service, connected by Lyft. Not only will you be picked up in a Minnie-inspired red and white polka-dotted SUV, but you will be driven to your destination by one of Disney’s friendly Cast Members! To order a Minnie Van, you will open the Lyft app on your mobile device (while on Disney property), enter your destination, confirm your pick-up location, and then find “Minnie Van” through the available vehicle options. If you need an Accessible Minnie Van, search the available vehicle list for “Select Access.Minnie Van.” Accessible Minnie Vans include seating for up to five Guests, a complimentary car seat for one of the five Guests if needed, and two (2) spaces for mobility devices, of which the Guests can stay in their mobility device for the duration of the ride.

If you need more information or guidance about the various services offered to Guests with disabilities or mobility issues, please take a look at Disney's Guests with Disabilities page. Disney is committed to providing access and accommodation for as many Guests as possible, and this page is a great resource. Don’t forget to ask for help from a Cast Member. They are well-versed in assisting all Guests and can be an excellent resource for you!

I hope this answers your question, Jenny. Feel free to submit a question if you have any follow-up questions or would like recommendations and tips. I would love to share more Disney World knowledge and suggestions with you so you can continue planning your upcoming visit!

    See you real soon!
