    what is your hotel cancellation policy

    Hello Lori,

    Thanks for coming to see us here at planDisney!

    It sounds like you have some magical plans for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and that's so much fun to hear!

    When you book a room-only reservation for a Resort hotel stay in the Disney Resorts Collection through the online vacation package booking tools, you'll be able to quickly and easily review the Terms and Conditions before you complete your booking. The current Terms and Conditions require that cancellations of room-only reservations be received at least 5 days prior to your arrival in order for a refund to be received. 

    It's possible that you might be able to cancel your Resort hotel reservation by signing in to your My Disney Experience account and going to your "My Reservations" information.  If you don't see an option to cancel your reservation through your account online, you can call the Walt Disney World Resort at (407)-934-7639 and speak with a Cast Member who can assist you.
