Do you have to have horse riding experience to be able to do the trail at the Tri-circle D ranch? Im a complete beginner, never been on a horse before but would love to have a go on one of our free days.

Hi Charlie, What a great idea!

The Horseback Riding Experience at Tri-Circle D Ranch is for beginner to experienced riders. The Cast Members will give a little instruction before hand for everyone, and then will ask if there is anyone who has never ridden a horse before. They'll give those people a little extra help if needed. When you make your reservation, you'll want to tell the agent that you are a first time rider. They'll make a note of that in your reservation and be sure to answer any question you may have when arrive. The horses are all very gentle and are used to the trails. Essentially, you'll just need to hop in the saddle and the horse will start following the others along the trail ride. Helmets are provided, but are not required.

I can't think of a more Magical place to experience a "first time" than Disney World!

    Have a wonderful vacation,
